SWEET
POTATOES WITH MAPLE-BUTTER:
4 x
7-8 oz each sweet potatoes

tbsp. butter, softened
1
tbsp. maple syrup
1
tbsp. chopped pecan nuts
½
tsp. garlic salt and pepper
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees F. Wrap each sweet
potato with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until soft. Alternately, arrange them on the grill in a
covered barbeque preheated to low indirect heat to cook for 45-50 minutes.
Meanwhile,
mash together the butter, maple syrup, pecans, garlic salt and pepper to taste,
to make into flavoured butter.
