PORK: A very simple recipe with good result.



BBQ PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE MARINADE:



6 pork chops, about ½-inch thick                                                       

marinade:

   6 oz. can frozen orange juice; thawed                    

   ¾ cup water

   1/3 cup packed brown sugar                                               

   ½ cup wine vinegar

   ¼ cup liquid honey                                                 

   1 tbsp. dark soy sauce

   1 tsp. prepared mustard                                          

   ½ tsp. salt & freshly-ground black pepper



Combine marinade ingredients and pour over pork chops in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Place bag inside a container and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning over once or twice.


Preheat barbeque to hot direct heat and oil grill. Cook chops for 4-5 minutes each side or until no longer pink inside. Brush with marinade and turn over once.
