WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS:
dry ingredients:
2 cups whole
wheat flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp.
each baking powder &
baking soda
1 egg, slightly beaten
1½ cups milk
¼ cup oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare 18 muffin cups.
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Combine egg,
milk and oil together and add into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until tested done.
