SWEET SAUCES: You will be well-rewarded for trying this simple & delicious sauce.



HOT CHOCOLATE & COFFEE SAUCE:

 

 

 

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate                              

½ cup strong coffee

2 tbsp. cognac

 

 

 

 

Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler set over hot water.  Keep sauce warm until serving time.

 

Thin the sauce to the desired consistency with the coffee and cognac.

 

It is good sauce to serve over dessert.
