SWEET SAUCES: This is some thing to be enjoyed when added to any dessert that can be enhanced with a sauce.



PISTACHIO AND ORANGE SAUCE:

 

 

 

2 tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur                                     

2oz. shelled pistachio nuts, chopped                          

2 oranges                                                                    

4 tbsp. honey  

 

 

 

Peel and segment oranges. In a small saucepan over low heat, cook honey gently for 1-2 minutes. Stir in oranges and liqueur.  Cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in pistachio nuts and mix in well.

 

Serve over warm dessert crepes.
