CHINESE-STYLE
MUSTARD DRESSING:

tbsp. dry mustard

tbsp. hot water
½ cup
plum sauce
3
tbsp. clear Chinese vinegar
2
tbsp. sesame oil
1
tbsp. each light soy sauce & sugar
1
tsp. salt
Whisk
dry mustard and hot water together in a small mixing bowl. Add remaining
ingredients and whisk together.
