MELON IN PORT:
1 each honeydew & cantaloupe melon
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cups port
Cut melons in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the
flesh with a melon-scoop and place them in a glass bowl.
Sprinkle with sugar and pour over the port. Toss to
mix well. Cover bowl and let stand at least 30 minutes in refrigerator before
serving.
Note: Melon can be cut into cubes if you do not have a
melon scoop.
