dressing:
¼ cup vinegar
1 tbsp. water
2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. curry powder

cups escarole or chicory lettuce + 4 cups iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces****

sliced green onions

medium avocado

cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes

slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumble into bits
Combine
dressing ingredients in a covered glass jar. Shake well. Refrigerate until
needed. Shake well before using.
Combine
lettuce and green onions. Place in large
plastic bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
Half avocado, remove pit, peel and sprinkle lemon juice over the flesh;
and dice.
